Electrical & Electronics — New Caledonia
Certification Introduction
New Caledonia is an overseas collectivity of France. For electronic and electrical products placed on its local market, they must comply with the EU compliance system extended by France, which is a statutory access requirement for customs clearance and market circulation. Most civil and industrial electronic and electrical products are included in the mandatory compliance scope, and high-risk categories such as wireless products and low-voltage electrical appliances need to complete third-party conformity assessment.
